- a story is not generated, takes too long to generate, or the result does not look right;
- audio or an illustration did not load;
- a story is missing from the library, does not open, or cannot be deleted;
- there is a problem with Sign in with Apple or guest mode;
- you need to delete data, stories, or support requests;
- you have a question about a therapeutic scenario or topic for a story.
Important Limitation
“Lukomorye: Fairy Tales” helps parents gently talk with their child through a story, but it is not a substitute for a doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, or emergency services. If the situation is urgent or concerns the child’s safety, contact an appropriate professional or your local emergency services.
